MT Fitness was established in 2020. After many years of training clients in other gyms, owner and head trainer Maggie Twardowski recognized the need for a local fitness studio that focused on both performance and play. She wanted to build a community of sorts where people of all fitness levels could train in a fun, supportive, and addictive environment. From day one, the mission at MT Fitness has been to help each client achieve their personal fitness goals, build confidence, and reach their fullest potential through a little tough love.
